Mesoporous and mesostructured ceramics. 2016.

(1) To understand the hydrothermal reactions towards the formation of mesoporous powders;
(2) To investigate the sintering behaviours of the newly developed mesoporous powders;
(3) To explore the novel properties of mesostructured ceramics;
(4) To understand the correlation of the properties of mesoporous/ mesostructured ceramics with processing conditions and microstructure evolution;
(5) To pursue the application of mesoporous ceramics;
(6) To support the establishment of feasible processes for preparation of
mesoporous/mesostructured ceramics in powder and different sintered forms.

 

The project started 2016.
