Catalytic Processes for the production of heavy hydrocarbons. 2015.

The project should be viewed from a process industrial standpoint and thus consider things such as catalyst reusability, turn-over number and environmental impact.

 

Objectives:

• Produce heavier hydrocarbons from lighter ones with the highest possible yield. 
• Catalytic transformation of a few model compounds into mixtures of heavier material by functionalization and formation of new carbon-carbon bonds.
